SPECIALISM AREAS
I specialise in deep-seated issues related to patterns of being and behaving that hold you back in life.

The psychological work I provide focuses on addressing root causes that give rise to symptoms, unlike other psychological interventions that apply skills and techniques to eliminate symptoms. Unlike other popular therapies offering targeting symptoms to reduce them, my analytic approach is concerned with understanding and working through the underlying causes of the symptoms, which ultimately results in their modulation. In other words, the result of psychotherapeutic process can lead to significant and enduring psychological change.
-
Constant anxiety, worry, exhaustion, and demotivation. Ongoing low self-esteem, self-regard, and self-confidence leave you feeling hopeless that things can get better.

-
Difficulties in forming and maintaining positive relationships. Being unable to regulate emotions, resulting in regretful behaviour, feeling desperate to retain connections, letting personal boundaries become blurry, and feeling taken advantage of.

-
Feeling suspicious of others. Always having your guard up, and struggle to form deep connections while yearning for intimacy.

-
Negative and intrusive critical thinking. You end up doubting yourself and struggle to make choices. This pattern could have led you to underestimate yourself in professional and social circles while networking.
-
Lack of assertiveness. You may be working longer hours, leading to exhaustion and resentment. You may have even discouraged yourself from applying for a relevant promotion or have never asked for a pay raise that matches your capabilities.

-
Avoidance, forgetfulness, and lack of focus, along with a constant sense that something is going to go wrong, can be signs of suppressed and heightened anxiety. This feeling can also manifest as a physical response, such as the sensation of one's body preparing to take flight without apparent reason.

-
Recurrent nightmares linked to complex and difficult past experiences can also be a symptom of deep conflict that might require space to be processed and digested.

-
Dysfunctional coping mechanisms, self-harm, alcohol and drug misuse, gambling, compulsive shopping and other risky behaviours are sings that there is a need for psychological work.
